These Terms are an agreement between you and Cola (operated by its founding team in the United Kingdom, "we", "us"), governing your use of the Cola website and apps (the "Service"). By using Cola you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
You're responsible for your account and keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information, don't share credentials, and tell us at support@bitbots.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access (you can also sign out of all devices in-app).
Cola is an invite-only private beta, provided "as is". It may change, have bugs or downtime, and features may be added or removed. Please keep your own copies of anything critical — don't rely on Cola as your only store of important information.
You own the content you provide. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, encrypt, process and display it, and to send it to our AI processor, solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your content, use it to train AI, or use it to advertise. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
Don't use Cola unlawfully; don't upload content you don't have the right to, or another person's data without a lawful basis; don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service; don't bypass security controls or usage limits. We may suspend accounts that breach this.
If you connect a source (Google, Microsoft, Apple, Oura, Hevy, Last.fm), your use of it is governed by its own terms. We access only what our Privacy Policy describes, only with your authorisation, and you can disconnect anytime.
Cola surfaces patterns in your data but is not a medical, health, legal or financial product, and its outputs are not professional advice. It does not diagnose or treat anything. Always consult a qualified professional. AI answers may be incomplete or wrong — use your judgement.
The private beta is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we'll give notice and clear pricing before any charge.
You can stop using Cola and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end access for breach, legal reasons, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profits or data. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction (consumers may also use their local courts).
We may update these Terms and will give notice of material changes. Continuing to use Cola after they take effect means you accept them.
